So for some particular reason I can't get my feed accepted to Medlogs. The feed validator says it is invalid and after two weeks of trying I finally give up. Can anyone help. Jacob Rider is not answering my plead.

You could try redirecting your feed through FeedBurner. They have some sort of multi-feed that detects and generates a feed in the requested format (i.e. RSS 2.0 vs. Atom).
How is your feed being made?
I have no idea. I got to medlogs and to the section where it says "add a feed" and type in my url which always fails. I don't know why.
Don't feel alone. I have TWO dead feeds there.
Your feed address is different from your blog URL. The feed address is below, copy and paste it in the Medlogs feed submission form and it should work fine. If it doesn't, you can try the Feedburner work-around.
