That's a tough question ... it's already a good blog. It's one of my daily blogrun stops.
I think people like to hear about yourself, what you think, where you've been and what you've seen. Those are the things that make your blog unique - that no one else has, since there's only one you.
Another thing that seems to help stimulate interest is to interact with other bloggers from your own blog. That can also be really engaging while you're doing it.
That said ... you already have a fine blog! Don't stop! :)
The actual stories and discussions about /from your work are always my favorite part since I'm not in the medical line of work and don't get to see things from a doctor's perspective very often. It seems like you tended to do that more with your old blog.
I too like the stories--Perhaps you could have a "hall of shame". (Worst attending, ridiculous policies/practices, hospital ceo bashing, nursing care gone awry, INSURANCE conundrums) Perhaps readers could send you material as well. Have some fun at work and write about it. I dunno, do something out of character and write about reactions. Maybe your colleagues will pitch in some weird medical cases or happenings----those are always interesting.....
In response to your reply about the adverts, I agree with you. I just accessed your blog under IE and found that the google ads come after all the editorial matter but within firefox, the ads are adjacent to (and overide) the editorials.
More scrubs references. I've been watching that show and its a better and funnier version of the House of God. Since many of the braincells I should be filling with Pathology are instead remembering quotes from this show please at least give me some referential humor.
Speaking of Scrubs, check out www.blueskyscrubs.com. I just ran across a great item for folks who work in the OR and have longer hair. No more poofy bouffant caps! Yea! Look just like the traditional scrub caps, only there is a handy little compartment in the back to store your ponytail. It was created by an anesthesiology resident would couldn't stand the shower cap look either. Great idea!
Wow, I guess you could try posting your blog du jour right above/alternating with an open topic for your many blog readers. Now that you have many blog readers! :-) But really, it's attractive, entertaining and educational - what more could we ask for?!

Another thing that seems to help stimulate interest is to interact with other bloggers from your own blog. HCG Blue Drops, the Faster and Natural way to lose weight...

In the past week, Google adverts have become wider blanking out part of the editorial matter.
Or at least that is how I see them within Firefox.
I've no problem with adverts, I occasionally even read them but I'd rather be able to see the editorial material.
I think it's only firefox anonymous because I see the everything well.

Looks like I have a decision to make!

So everyone should look for this at the end of all the posts over the next two weeks. It should make the whole thing more interesting.
I don`t have any ideas about a little constructive criticism
I am so happy for you that you have so many visitors and hope that your next articles will be as great as this one.
