A Great Doctor
The Cheerful Oncologist gives a speech to the appreciative audience above about the attributes of being a great doctor: I counted, I'm 0 for 6.Thank you for that warm welcome. It’s a pleasure to be standing here today in front of such an attentive crowd. As you heard in the introduction our topic today concerns the traits that comprise a great doctor, or as Sammy Davis would say, what kind of fool am I to want to go into medicine?

You're not 0 for 6; if you are serious then you are not giving yourself enough credit.
A lot of good doctors have that problem.

It is hard to find a good doctor these days, a lot of them are only focused on how to extract more money from you, and not about the personal care.
This pis a joke because I can't believe the audience was slept when he was saying the speech that's something terrible and embarrassing.m10m
